Tom has over 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects as a Contractor, Engineer and Project Manager.
His most complex but prestigious project he has worked on was the refurbishment of the award-winning Royal Opera House where he oversaw all MEP works and theatre specialists.
Now a Business Unit Leader of Rise, he has asserted his collaborative approach and management style with a strong focus on communication and coordination which enables his teams to deliver often challenging aspects of a project, to the highest standards.
The Management services team Tom is leading specialise in providing specific Services management to leading technology Clients of mission critical facilities. These services include project and contract management, financial governance, Technical project Audit, Strategic commissioning management, Strategic package management, Strategic Commissioning programme and schedule management, Strategic Defect, Snagging and Punch Management, Review and interrogation of disputes and claims, Preconstruction advisory services, Technical peer review, Technical design management and a true Cradle to grave management service.
Outside of work Tom loves to get his hands dirty restoring classic cars and taking part in track days and other motorsport events.
