Stuart is an accomplished Construction professional with over 28 years’ experience in the construction industry, during which time he has performed the role of Subcontractor, Construction Manager, Contractor, Client’s Project Manager, Bank Monitoring Surveyor and Developer.
Stuart commenced his career at John Laing as a Pupil and then moved to Mace where he delivered multiple CM projects. A highlight of Stuart’s career was the planning, procurement and delivery of the Ministry of Defence temporary accommodation for the 2012 Olympics, where he lead the team to build a 3,500 person town in a country park in just 6 weeks.
In 2016, Stuart was Highly Commended in the CIOB Construction Manager of the Year Awards for the complex delivery of Kidzania in Westfield Sheppards Bush, which included the installation of an A319 Airbus airplane fuselage in the roof space of the shopping centre.
Outside of work, Stuart is a keen sportsman who has played National Premier League Hockey and enjoys cricket, rugby and skiing in his spare time.
