Gareth is a founding Director of Rise Management Consulting. Both a Project Manager and Chartered Architect by training, Gareth has over 25 years’ experience working on large complex construction projects in the UK and overseas. Gareth has overseen the steady growth of Rise since its inception, working across a broad range of sectors.
On all Rise projects Gareth’s role has been through the full development cycle, client briefing, strategic planning and direction, feasibility analysis, detail design management, statutory consents, construction management and contract administration.
Prior to founding Rise, Gareth was Managing Director of Pdcm. Gareth was responsible for the delivery of the first phase of a new £110 million Biochemistry building, with his team he steered the project through a complex planning process to its successful delivery on time and on budget. Following this, Gareth was asked to take the leading role in the £605 million redevelopment of the former Radcliffe Hospital site. Before developing a career in Project Management, Gareth practised as an Architect with several leading UK firms including Wilkinson Eyre and HawkinsBrown.
Gareth is a proud father of four and an avid cyclist and runner.
