Ruth has worked as consultant, client and contractor within the industry and has led on procuring and delivering high value works for our clients. She is an expert in appraising potential projects, developing and reviewing complex business plans, considering design, demand, marketability, programme, phasing, sales values and yields to achieve optimum outcomes. Accomplished in formulating and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts, she ensures minimal contractual exposure and risk. In addition, Ruth uses expansive commercial awareness, with the confidence and judgement to make decisions that will maximise profit and increase speed of turnover.
She has an extensive experience of residential development and urban regeneration, including negotiating JVs and land deals with developers, partner RPs and local authorities. Successful schemes delivered include Rayners Lane in Harrow and Roundshaw in Sutton.
