Michael is adept in preparing consolidated reports including projects, overheads, accruals/reserves, Year To Date and whole year projections, unallocated staff analysis, monthly movements of profit / turnover and re-conciliations of organisation / preliminary costs and non-recoverable items as well as cash flows. Additionally, on a project level, he expertly prepares financial reviews with Sector Leaders analysing profit / loss, unsecured opportunities and project audits.
In 1990 Michael joined Mace and grew the commercial team from 1 to 150 whilst the business grew from £250k turnover to £750m by 2008. His status also rose from being the first commercial manager to becoming the Group Commercial Director directly responsible to the CEO & the Main Board.
At RISE, Michael oversees all commercial matters concerning projects.
