RISE is providing Client Representation services on the Kempinski Al Mouj hotel resort in Muscat, Oman following cost and time issues on the project.
Rise, along with its local Oman partner, Watad Engineering Consultants, were appointed to undertake a root and branch review of the scheme and advise on potential routes to improving performance.
Following this advice, RISE and Watad were then appointed to represent the Client, Omani Hospitality Company, permanently on site to drive the project through to completion whist protecting the client’s interests.
